Project Description
The Victorian Visitor Economy Recovery and Reform Plan was developed to support Victoria’s tourism industry to recover from the impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It identified state-wide destination planning as a key challenge constraining growth and yield in the Victorian tourism industry which led to a requirement to develop a strategic whole-of-state approach to developing its tourism offering, through the State-Wide Visitor Economy Masterplan. TRC are currently leading this project, supporting the Victorian Government with a detailed approach to growing Victoria’s visitor economy.
