Activate Tairāwhiti identified there was a significant need to build the region’s product development portfolio to contribute toward achieving their growth target outcomes. In partnership with Air New Zealand, Activate Tairāwhiti brought in TRC to plan and support the development of authentic cultural visitor experiences that aligned with the regional visitor positioning and could be proudly promoted to both international travel trade and consumers direct.
TRC worked alongside the agencies and business owners every step of the way from product inception to showcasing their Qualmark Gold endorsed experiences at TRENZ 2019. Concurrently a master product development framework was developed to align with the Qualmark accreditation process and to provide future resource for ongoing RTO product development support.
