Albany Hotel Market Analysis and National ANZAC Centre Visitation

TRC lead a multi-disciplinary team that developed a demand forecast for commercial accommodation in Albany, WA as a result of visitor growth, including in relation to the National Anzac Centre recently opened in the town. The study identified demand drivers and modelled future visitation growth to Albany. The current accommodation supply was analysed and future accommodation needs identified on the basis of forecast growth in visitor markets. Enablers for growth in visitation and the accommodation supply were recommended.
