Project Description
TRC was engaged on this project to provide recommended actions, decision-making criteria and principles of operation to help the Trust grow, take advantage of opportunities as they emerge and deal with issues over the life of the 10-year strategy.
The Strategy presented a strong situational analysis, vision, objectives and an action plan to guide the next 10 years of trail maintenance and construction. The Strategy was approved by the Trust who are now seeking to raise the necessary funds to help it grow the trail product in the Head of the Lake.
