Penguin Island Tourism Demand Driver Business Analysis

An analysis of options to sustainably manage a small island off Rockingham WA and provide best practice ecotourism and conservation outcomes. The island, which has a significant colony of Little Penguin and other significant wildlife and environmental values, has increasing visitor numbers. The project is developing options and associated business planning and management arrangements for management of visitor access, the location and upgrading of the island’s Discovery Centre, and development of new visitor products.
