TRC was engaged by Indigo Shire Council to develop a five-year Destination Management Plan for Rutherglen and surrounds: Wahgunyah, Norong, Gooramadda, and Brimin. Tourism is a key economic driver for Rutherglen and surrounds, generating jobs and contributing to vibrant communities. The new plan is ambitious, responses to current and forecasted conditions, provides flexibility and investment to deliver the greatest potential to create benefits for the community and the regional visitor economy.
