Mel has over 20 years’ experience working predominantly in graphic design, specialising in branding and business documentation. Her work combines advanced technical software skills with creative thinking and an understanding of design principles, and how materials connect with people.

She works comfortably across the full production process, driving creative direction from concept through to print-ready and digital output.

Mel brings a broad understanding of the wider communications landscape – including marketing concepts, demographic targeting, and digital platforms – but her core expertise lies in visual communication.

She also has strong administration and operations experience – providing a practical understanding of how design and documentation fit within broader organisational processes.
