Michelle is a professional writer, editor and project manager, with more than 20 years’ experience in helping clients communicate effectively with their customers, members and stakeholders.

She has written and managed communication projects for some of Australia’s best-known brands in banking, insurance and finance, as well as for various professional organisations. Before joining TRC, she was a senior consultant and account director at a specialist copywriting agency, leading a small writing team.

Now based in TRC’s Jindabyne office, Michelle manages the delivery of client proposals, working with the team to identify and respond to new opportunities, and providing back-office project support.
