Michelle manages TRC’s proposal development activities, identifying opportunities to respond to client requests, and preparing competitive proposals and quotes.

She has more than 15 years’ experience as a professional writer, editor and project manager, both in in-house and agency roles. Before joining TRC, she was a senior consultant and account director at a specialist agency providing copywriting services for financial services businesses, leading a writing team.

At TRC, Michelle manages the delivery of client proposals, liaising with TRC’s specialist consultants, executive, and project support team to identify opportunities, prepare timelines and project costings, finalise proposals, and track workflows and budgets.

A communicator at heart, she loves taking complex ideas and presenting them in a way that’s clear, engaging, and audience focussed.
