Project Description
TRC was contracted by the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre to provide a Feasibility Study into the expansion of the centre and a Business Case to provide the background and justification for expansion of the centre and potential partnership and investment opportunities for the project.
The report concluded that the expansions of the Centre and an improvement of the visitor experience would mean the Centre will not only continue to support operational costs but will deliver an improving surplus. This expansion would enable the Centre to leverage off the learnings and experience of having successfully implemented two previous development stages and continue operational sustainability and prosperity into the future.
