TRC was engaged by Qualmark to provide a sustainable pricing framework for tourism products that build operator capability and expand the range of quality visitor experiences. This process was designed to help develop the funnel of Qualmark-endorsed products and services that could be confidently integrated into RTO, TNZ, Air NZ and wholesale promotion and distribution.
To do this, TRC conducted a series of six workshops and follow-up sessions for six regions of New Zealand to understand challenges and barriers. These workshops assisted with identifying solutions conducive to operator support, growth, and success.
TRC’s framework outlined the prices and promotions of Qualmark products and services as well as collaborative operation, capability building, and the facilitation of developing of new products and experiences.
