Are you a highly motivated and skilled administrator with a flair for design looking for a casual role with a dynamic company based in Jindabyne or Alice Springs?  

Essential skills 

  • Advanced word document skills in particular being able to format documents using preset template styles, sections, tables and inserting and layering imagery throughout documents to create visually appealing and professionally produced documents and reports.  
  • Experience using Canva to create infographics and diagrams 
  • Able to work within deadlines and multitask 
  • Competent and familiar with all Microsoft Office suite programmes (outlook, powerpoint, excel) 
  • Competent and familiar with Teams  
  • General high level administrative skills 
  • Communication skills 
  • Initiative 

Desirable 

  • Minimum 2 years working in an office environment, however not essential if you have the above skills 
  • Ideally available on a Monday and Tuesday for approximately 4 hours on each of these days 

The role 

  • Formatting reports and documents using word and canva to make them visually appealing 
  • Database management 
  • Meeting and travel bookings 
  • Electronic filing and record keeping 
  • Updating master documents with new or updated information 
  • Following checklists and procedures to complete tasks and updating processes documents as required 

To start with we see the role as approximately 8 hours per week. As skills are developed and knowledge of processes increase, there would be scope to increase up to 12-16 hours per week.  The position is based in our Jindabyne or Alice Springs office, but may also consider home office once knowledge of the role is embedded.  

Remuneration 

Will be determined based on skill set, but indicative $35-$40/hour (inclusive of casual loading)
