One major project that has already kicked off involves working with stakeholders on the mid coast of NSW to develop a Great Lakes Great Walk and Aquatic Trail, and we will be continuing to work with our partners Earthcheck developing a Marine Tourism Strategy for southern NSW. In New Zealand we will assist Invercargill City Council with a responsible camping initiative for Invercargill and Bluff and work with Auckland Council at Arataki in the Waitakere Ranges.
Work will continue on ongoing trails projects in New Zealand, the Yarra Ranges and West MacDonnell Ranges, and the implementation of tourism projects in Samoa and Mongolia.
After a very busy year in 2017 it looks like 2018 will be just as interesting and diverse for TRC.
