Led by the four Regional Tourism Organisations and supported by the Department of State Growth and Tourism Tasmania, the Blueprint will contribute to developing the Strategy by determining the best ways to engage with visitors when they arrive, the best digital platforms to use, and the best approaches for visitor way finding and providing information throughout their journey.

TRC and Business Model Inc partnered to facilitate two Thought Leader’s Think Tanks in Hobart and Launceston last week. The one day Think Tanks held in both Hobart and Launceston each brought together a team of industry leaders for a highly interactive visual facilitated conversation to uncover key elements that might drive or constrain change. The result was a highly entertaining and inspiring day that encouraged the participants to extend their thinking and resulted in some highly innovative solutions to the challenges of engaging with visitors. The Visitor Experience Blueprint will be completed by the end of August 2016
