TRC Tourism have been engaged by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council to provide a destination audit and analysis of tourism product and assets across Greater Port Macquarie.
Travelling throughout the region, the TRC Team met with a broad range of stakeholders to gain insights on possible tourism opportunities. Conversations focused on growth ambitions for individual businesses and the wider region, learning about existing partnerships between businesses and opportunities for better collaboration to advance tourism. The destination audit and analysis will inform the Greater Port Macquarie Destination Management Plan review in early 2019.
