TRC Director Janet Mackay and Trails Specialist Chris Halstead were on Nukunu Country last week working alongside the Department of Environment and Water on The Remarkable Southern Flinders project.
Our team has extensive experience working in this region, and excited to be part of a new nature-based tourism destination for South Australia.
Over the past few days Janet and Chris have been assessing the condition of the Beetaloo Reservoir site, undertaking visitor experience planning and identifying opportunities including links to adjacent parks and towns. TRC is recognised for innovation in identifying new products and experiences that will be attractive for a destination — whether they be tours, trails, accommodation, visitor facilities, services or transport.
